We got tired of
pretending to be
professional.
So we built a place where companies could be real. Where "culture fit" means finding your people, not wearing the right costume.
We were job hunting. You know the drill—scroll through careers pages, try to figure out if you'd actually want to work there.
Every page looked the same. Stock photos of people high-fiving. Words like "synergy" and "dynamic" and "fast-paced environment."
We just wanted to know: are these my people?
That question led to Folki. A way for companies to show who they actually are. Not the press release version. The real version.
